Replacement 40-pin GPIO Header for designed as a plugin replacement to Raspberry Pi HATs that support swappable headers:  Sleepy Pi 2 and Raspberry Pi Sense HAT.

Short pin header creates a flush low profile header and DOES NOT expose the GPIO. For GPIO use the Long Pin Header.
