The SD card is the brains of the show and is in effect the Hard Drive of the Raspberry Pi. When you buy a Sleepy Pi you need to setup the Operating System on the SD Card to play nicely with your Sleepy Pi. This has felled many a good man or woman.
Therefore, to help you along, I’ve created an pre-configured card to get you up and running straight out of the box.
These SD cards are loaded for bear:
- Raspbian Operating System
- Serial Port configured to communicate with Sleepy Pi’s Arduino
- GPIO setup between Sleepy Pi and Raspberry Pi to ensure orderly shutdown.
- Arduino IDE installed and configured to upload code to Sleepy Pi
